Ketamine, safest above most recreational drugs - because it doesn't ruin your kidneys, lungs, breathing, or bloodflow - though with abuse it can ruin your bladder. It's a better anti-depressant than SSRIs, especially to hard-to-affect chronic depression and other mental health disorders. (((They))) reluctantly still use this long-past-pattent/profits drug because it's safer on babies, the elderly, and the vast variety animals.

(Though if you're on any drug walking through traffic, you're doing it wrong.)

Metformin because it seems life-changing. ADHD meds because there are many causes of impaired focus besides ADHD, and people who have the former but not the latter should still be able to access these meds. Coca leaves because I see them as the equivalent of coffee beans.

How did you generate this list? There's a lot on here I haven't heard of.

I used chatgpt. Sometimes I'll use answers from ask threads on other sites. I did that with the autism poll. But this one was just a few different prompts through gpt.

I really want metformin to be easily accessible because, well a few reasons. I think some prediabetic like myself can make use of it. There is good data on reducing cancer risk in diabetics and pre-diabetics if they take metformin. A lot of people have reduced access to medicine who should be managing their blood sugar long before they have serious medical issues.

The downside of legalizing metformin is it is pretty dangerous if you aren't careful. You can give yourself a fatal hypoglycemia pretty easily if you are self dosing without guidance. But to that I say, it should be legal to die from being an idiot. People who want to do smart things with drugs without external permission should be able to.

Do you think we should legalize bananadine? I made it once.
