Some time stamps if you just want to peruse some concepts.

03:28 Talk start

04:00 Imperialism and covert power

10:24 Scope of modern imperial cultural influence

13:50 Intellectual war on socialist alternative

14:38 Abandonment of dialectical materialism

16:10 Frankfurt School critique and CIA connections exposed

30:24 Western liberals tried to discredit: 1) Materialism, 2) Dialectics, 3) Class exploitation, 4) Overseas communism

Disclaimer: This isn't me selling you Marxism or socialism; this is an attempt to understand what's going on. This is essentially a conspiracy theory but from a classical Marxist view. I find Marxists can often illuminate things that conservatives can't see from within their framework.

James Lindsay's New Discourses is good for breaking things down too, though often tediously. And lately he's been more pro-Zionist to the point of stupidity considering his awareness of other shit. I can't believe he's playing that fucking dumb.

Of course there are a lot more good analysts out there too.

On one hand it's good to know the details, especially over other social media drama and distractions, but ultimately it's more important to develop defensible profitable sustainable actions, alternatives, solutions, compromises, and trade-offs - and resistance to tyranny.

As in all things, balance is key.

Karlyn Borysenko has also been examining it. She calls it "gain of function Marxism" which is a great term IMO, maybe even better than she intended. More and more, the crazy woke/Marxism that's tolerated and encouraged in academia and corporations appears to have been concocted in academic labs by the CIA.
