Citizenship is a status of voluntary servitude, and an alternative must be available for it to be valid as a voluntary status.

They've fooled everyone by changing the status labels, as a person who is a national but not a citizen is a, "Nonresident alien. One who is better a resident nor a citizen of the United States. Citizenship is determined under the federal immigration and naturalization laws (U.S. Code Title 8)." (See page 1057 of Black's Law Dictionary 6th Ed. 1990.)

Note "U.S. Code Title 8" is 8 U.S. Code and that's the source of statutory law cited (except for tax code).

Take another look at the statute above, as you may have missed the fact that there's no oath of allegiance requirement mentioned whatsoever in the statute...

Because owing allegiance is the prerequisite for political jurisdiction (as opposed to criminal), so persons who do not owe the United States allegiance, are not subject to their jurisdiction...

YUP.

The United States is foreign to an American national, because he is a "nonresident alien"; and specifically nonresident to 14th amendment residency, and alien to the condition of voluntary Servitude defined as "subject to" Servitude of the United States, per the 14th amendment (euphemistically labeled "jurisdiction").
