This is one of the reason people SHOULD pay out of pocket for health care. It would lower the prices if prices weren't tied to insurance schemes. And employers wouldn't be incentivizing their employees doing stupid things by handing them a blank check for doing the most retarded things possible.

I suppose if a building was insured and you lit it on fire, insurance could deny the claim. Maybe insurance would actually be a benefit to people's health if you had to prove you were doing certain things, and not doing other things, to maintain access. Of course someone will call that dispotic and unpopular. But no one has a right to demand other people pay for them being a retard, or neglegent of their own health.
