Auto pen while Joe was out of it. Jill Biden was secretly the real president. She gave the pardon to fauci. On that last day she pardoned fauci, mark milley, and the January 6 committee. And dc police officers on Jan 6. These were all related to the stolen 2020 election. I think Rand Paul knows this. He called it out in 2020. Faucis diary shows he told trump that acting like covid was a big threat would help trumps reelection chances. Of course that wasn't true but because of mail voting.

All of which is rather beside the legal analysis of the video, which is that there is no legal basis for pleading the fifth when you are not legally vulnerable (both for the period of 2014-2025 the pardon covers, and for questions like the color of his tie, answering which could in no way open him up to prosecution).

Why do you need a legal basis to plead the fifth for any reason. I just keep going back to reading its text and it's clear. Just like the second amendment where liberals always violate that with new laws that get shot down.

This also reminds me of liberals thinking trump called for an insurrection by saying we're going to fight. Even the most liberal lawyers would say no cuz of free speech precedent.

Well, perhaps if you went and listened to the lawyer talking about exactly that, you wouldn't need to ask. A right not to self-incriminate is not a right never to respond at all ever.

I just watched the video it agrees with me actually, the answer to its question is no. It's good to discuss this topic and educate people tho. Remember your rights. Yes actually you do have the right to not respond ever. Let's not change that precedent. Trojan horse.
