I know, however, that he did not "collapse" any 'socialist countries'.

Regarding his effect on the modern world, his foundation has given money to very good causes.

An older relative of mine has complained about him for many years, though while NEVER providing any reasonable evidence. She also 'knows a guy' who was previously in the CIA and is old enough to recall that Soros worked directly with the Nazis to murder Hungarians, though we know that's a lie. I have to be careful when dealing with these brainwashed people who believe strongly in these unproven and baseless claims, because it's formed their identities and they're unable to adjust to the facts. It's tragic. It's arguably the greatest tragedy of US politics since the 1920s.
